Voice Acting for Animation Coaching Cancellation Policy

Dear Students,

Your journey in voice acting is important to us, and we are committed to providing you with the best coaching experience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules change. In order to balance flexibility for you with the commitments of our coaching staff, we kindly ask you to observe the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Rescheduling Sessions:

  • We are happy to reschedule your session at no extra charge, provided you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and possibly accommodate other students.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions:

  • We recognize that emergencies happen. However, if a session is cancelled on the day of, or if you are unable to attend without any prior notice, we will need to charge for the session in full. This policy is in place to respect the time our coaches have set aside for you.

How to Proceed:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so more than 24 hours before your session by contacting Jake via email. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain a fair and professional environment for all our students.

In the Event of Late Arrival:

  • We know delays happen. If you're running late, just give us a quick heads-up. Please remember that sessions will conclude as originally scheduled to honor the time commitments of both our coaches and other students.

A Note on Refunds:

  • Please note that refunds are not available for missed or day-of cancellations.
